Mnuchin Gallery

The Mnuchin Gallery, located in a historic townhouse at 45 East 78th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is one of the most renowned addresses for post-war and contemporary art in New York. Founded by Robert Mnuchin, who brought his passion for art with him from a successful career in the financial sector, the gallery has been presenting exhibitions since 1992.

With a strong focus on Abstract Expressionism, Minimalism and Color Field Painting, the gallery shows works by influential artists such as Willem de Kooning, Helen Frankenthaler, Agnes Martin and Donald Judd and many more. The gallery also works with contemporary artists such as El Anatsui and Sean Scully. It is also known for its scholarly publications and thematic exhibitions, as well as for re-evaluating and rediscovering underrated artists.
