Dominic McHenry – Sculpture As An Integral Part of Daily Life

Dominic McHenry, born in 1989, is a British sculptor living and working in Camberwell, London. His artwork is characterized by geometric shapes and recurring patterns used in both sculpture and drawing.

He sees it as his mission to establish sculpture as an integral part of daily life; as a subject of discussion or an object of meditation. McHenry makes form the central theme of his works, using the material as a means to realize his underlying concept.

He is also a member of Bask, a collective that makes large-scale abstract sculptures and commissions in a variety of countries. His work can be found in galleries and collections on five continents.
