Nox Table Lamp by Alfredo Häberli

Nox, named after the Latin word for “night”, is a minimalist table lamp designed by Alfredo Häberli for Astep. It goes far beyond the usual design of a lamp and represents a real innovation thanks to Astep’s advanced induction charging system. Nox reveals a clean, modern aesthetic and is free of wires and plugs, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also amazingly portable.

The Nox table lamp consists of four elements: a charging base, an anodized aluminum housing that contains the charging system, a hand-blown opal glass diffuser, and a simple handle. This thoughtful design allows Nox to be placed anywhere in the home or garden without worrying about the availability of outlets or the length of cables.

Born in Argentina and based in Switzerland, designer Alfredo Häberli is known for his innovative and emotionally expressive designs that combine tradition, joy, and energy. A graduate of the prestigious Höhere Schule für Gestaltung in Zurich, he has made an international name for himself and works for leading design companies. His works, influenced by his childhood and his interest in daily life, have been exhibited throughout Europe and have won several awards.
